City Inn – an International 4 star Hotel chain – served millions of customers from 1999 until their eventual buy out by Hilton for £600m. They were the only hotel chain to be ranked in Tripadvisor's Top 5 for each of their respective cities.
Work conducted for City Inn Hotels covered all graphic design, including a versatile identity system. Building the Brand Guidelines helped establish clarity of message across all communications and regions, during a hectic period of 3 hotel openings.
The City Inn brand identity is vital in expressing the characteristics that makes the brand special and enables a platform to communicate clearly, consistently and with distinction.
